Commitment:
30 days is just not much of a stretch. 90 days – that’s a commitment. That shows yourself and the world that you mean business. You'll realize that you can commit to things that you (and others) may feel are entirely too daunting.

Perseverance
In a 90 day period, you're going to want to give up, multiple times. There's likely some holiday, event, or exceptionally trying circumstance that will tempt you to go back on your commitment. This will strengthen your muscles of resolve and sticking with things even when you don't feel like it.

Habit Formation
The adage that it takes 21 days to form a habit? Not true. Studies show the average is actually 66 days. On average. After 90 days, you'll walk away having transformed exercises that at-first seemed difficult into effortless and standard parts of how you live each day.
