A Bias For Action Sets Growth Leaders Apart

#Disruption is challenging. #Agility in responding accordingly is key. A #BiasToAction is something I'm seeing less and less of these days...

When you get a room full of some of the smartest players in the org, you often have more interesting discussion than you have commitment to compelling #action.

Really. I track this.

Within meetings with executives - 1:1 or group - I literally track how many actions they commit to.

It's fascinating how few actions can come out of how much talk.

Does this happen in your org? Your meetings?

Do you want help shifting this dynamic?

Give me a shout.
