Ask these three questions to create more accountability....
1. WHAT exactly are you/we going to do?
2. WHEN are you/we going to do it by?
3. WHO is depending upon you/us to deliver on this?
How frequently are you in meetings where intelligent discussion, debate, scrutiny, and planning of solutions to challenges or strategies to capture opportunity fail to turn into actions?
Make it a norm to ask these three questions at the end and you'll begin to see that shift.
