And I refuse to hear how difficult it is "now that everyone is remote".
Any of the variety of $10-$100 Million problems an exec needs to solve will be far more challenging than figuring out how create meaningful connections with a group of people via Zoom or Google Meet.
If you're not connected to your organization, you're not trying.
