H2 will also be almost inevitably be a miss.
What must change immediately?

โ Process (how they do what they do)
โ Platforms (support & accountability systems)
NEXT WEEK: Take action.

If you achieved H1 goals
that doesn't mean you're going to crush H2.
Something must have been sub-optimized:

โ H1 goals were set low (w/ hard ramp on H2)?
What didn't work,
even if goal attainment happened?
You achieved in spite of these things.
You might miss because of them in H2.
